Fertility treatments offered
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is a simple, minimally invasive fertility treatment that places specially prepared sperm directly into the uterus around the time of ovulation to improve the opportunity for fertilization.
Donor Egg
Donor egg IVF uses eggs from a carefully screened donor to create embryos, offering another path to pregnancy and parenthood when using your own eggs isn’t possible or right for you.
Donor Embryo
Donor embryo IVF uses frozen embryos donated by another individual or family, offering an opportunity to experience pregnancy without undergoing egg retrieval or embryo creation.
Egg Freezing
Egg freezing, or oocyte cryopreservation, is a fertility preservation option that allows you to freeze and store unfertilized eggs for potential use in the future, giving you more flexibility in your family-building timeline
Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)
A frozen embryo transfer (FET) thaws and transfers an embryo created during a previous IVF or donor egg cycle into a carefully prepared uterus to support implantation.
Gestational Carrier (Surrogacy)
A gestational carrier carries a pregnancy using an embryo created through IVF, helping individuals and couples grow their families when carrying a pregnancy isn’t possible or medically recommended.

FAQs
Why is Island Reproductive Services now Everleap Fertility?
Our fertility clinics have worked together to care for patients since 2017. Now, that shared commitment comes together under one name: Everleap Fertility.
By becoming Everleap Fertility, we can share knowledge and resources more easily across our clinics, bringing together highly experienced fertility professionals, a personalized approach to care, and access to the latest clinical advancements from across the country, backed by nearly four decades of scientific leadership and clinical excellence.
What is the difference between Island Reproductive Services and Everleap Fertility?
Everleap Fertility is the new name for Island Reproductive Services. Our name is new, but the people caring for you will remain the same. The physicians, nurses, and care team you know and trust will not change as a result of our new brand name, and we will continue to deliver the personalized care you have come to expect.
You will begin seeing the Everleap Fertility name in emails, on our website, and in other digital communications first. Updates to clinic signage and other physical materials will happen over time, so you may continue to see the Island Reproductive Services name for a while.
Will my bill come from Island Reproductive Services or Everleap Fertility?
You will continue using the same billing system and process you use today. As we transition to our new name, you may see either Island Reproductive Services or Everleap Fertility on billing-related materials for a period of time. If you have any questions about a specific bill, please contact your local clinic directly.
