Fertility treatments offered
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is a simple, minimally invasive fertility treatment that places specially prepared sperm directly into the uterus around the time of ovulation to improve the opportunity for fertilization.
Egg Freezing
Egg freezing, or oocyte cryopreservation, is a fertility preservation option that allows you to freeze and store unfertilized eggs for potential use in the future, giving you more flexibility in your family-building timeline
Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)
A frozen embryo transfer (FET) thaws and transfers an embryo created during a previous IVF or donor egg cycle into a carefully prepared uterus to support implantation.
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a fertility treatment that brings eggs and sperm together in an embryology lab to create embryos, which can then be transferred into the uterus to help you grow your family.
IVF with ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection)
IVF with intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) uses an advanced fertilization technique in which an embryologist injects a single sperm directly into a mature egg to help create an opportunity for fertilization.
Single Embryo Transfer (SET)
Single embryo transfer (SET) is an IVF approach that transfers one carefully selected embryo into the uterus, with the goal of achieving a healthy pregnancy while reducing the risks associated with twins or higher-order multiples.

FAQs
Why is RMA Utah now Everleap Fertility?
Our fertility clinics have worked together to care for patients since 2017. Now, that shared commitment comes together under one name: Everleap Fertility.
By becoming Everleap Fertility, we can share knowledge and resources more easily across our clinics, bringing together highly experienced fertility professionals, a personalized approach to care, and access to the latest clinical advancements from across the country, backed by nearly four decades of scientific leadership and clinical excellence.
What is the difference between RMA Utah and Everleap Fertility?
Everleap Fertility is the new name for RMA Utah. Our name is new, but the people caring for you will remain the same. The physicians, nurses, and care team you know and trust will not change as a result of our new brand name, and we will continue to deliver the personalized care you have come to expect.
You will begin seeing the Everleap Fertility name in emails, on our website, and in other digital communications first. Updates to clinic signage and other physical materials will happen over time, so you may continue to see the RMA Utah name for a while.
Will my bill come from RMA Utah or Everleap Fertility?
You will continue using the same billing system and process you use today. As we transition to our new name, you may see either RMA Utah or Everleap Fertility on billing-related materials for a period of time. If you have any questions about a specific bill, please contact your local clinic directly.
